Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we strive to accommodate our guests to the best of our ability. However, to ensure efficient management of our facilities and to provide fair opportunities for other guests, we have established the following cancellation policy: - Full refund will be given for all cancellations done up to 48 hours before arrival. - Full refund will also be given due to cancellations concerning weather or other unexpected incidents. This allows us to potentially rent out the cabins, caravan spaces, sauna, kayaks, and bicycles to other customers. - For cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled arrival date, a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s stay will be charged. - Refunds for cancellations will be processed upon request. Please contact us via email at skaugvollcamping@gmail.com to initiate the refund process. Kindly include your reservation details and reason for cancellation in your email. In the event of a no-show without prior cancellation, the full amount for the reserved stay will be charged, and no refund will be issued.
